Four Service Protocols... to Meet your Needs
 1. Bus Care Centres
We can schedule you an appointment at our shop or direct you to the nearest participating Bus Care Centre. Pearson Bus Sales networks with 70 CAT Service centres and 55 International Truck Centres within Ontario.
2. Service Truck
Our service truck and factory trained personnel can be scheduled to solve your problem ON SITE.
3. Your Shop
By a simple approval over the phone your shop personnel can do in house warranty without the vehicle leaving your facilities. Your shop will be reimbursed for warranty work done according to the approved manufacturer's guidelines.
4. OEM Technical
Training Schools
Our factory OEM Technical Training Schools can train your technicians and certify your own shop to do warranty work on all Blue Bird purpose built vehicles. Annual schools are scheduled at Canadian Blue Bird Body Company, Brantford, Ontario. However if demand warrants it, we can also bring this training directly to your on-site location.
